Know the detail of the information of your roadblocks.
In Roadblocks sub-module, within the Lookahead module, you will find the following information:
- Roadblock: Description or name given to the constraint.
- Type: What type of restriction (of those configured for the project) does the restriction belong to.
- Responsible: To whom the restriction was assigned to manage its release.
- Status: Shows the current status of each restriction. There are 4 states:
- Draft: When the commitment date of the Roadblock has not been set.
- Open: When the Roadblock is committed, waiting to be removed.
- Expired: When the commit date has been reached and the Roadblock has not yet been released. Expired restrictions require you to reschedule your engagement date.
- Removed: When the Roadblock has already been removed.
- Required: Preliminary date that is assigned to the restriction in case the commitment date is still not clear.
- Commitment: Deadline on which the person responsible for the restriction agrees to release it.
- Priority: You can assign a priority (low, normal, high or urgent) to each restriction to make the most important ones visible.
- Tasks: Shows the task(s) to which a restriction is associated.
- Rescheduling: Shows the number of rescheduling that a restriction has had and the detail of the previous commitment dates.
- Release Date: Date the restriction was released.
