      How to Export and Print your Master Schedule?

      Download your schedule in PDF, XML and Excel formats

      In Outbuild, you have the ability to download your Master Schedule in various formats. Simply click on the Import/Download button and choose the format you prefer to export your Master Schedule.

      How to export to PDF on Outbuild_ - Step 1

       

      When exporting to PDF, you'll be given the option to choose your sheet size and scaling options.

      Please keep in mind that any columns, view options, and bar colors that you have displayed in Outbuild will also be visible in your exported PDF file.

      Lastly, if the PDF export is too large, you will receive a notification that your PDF will be emailed to you. You will also receive a notification in Outbuild when the download is complete.
