In the 'Planning' view of the Lookahead, we will display a series of sections whose headers show the name of the activity created in the Master Plan.
Each activity involves a series of tasks, which we will control during the execution of our project. To carry out the detailing, we must proceed as follows:
- From the Table View, we can subdivide the activity by selecting the 'Add task' button at the bottom of the section
- Already added tasks can be subdivided into an additional level by selecting the '+' button, located on the right side of the name description.
Note: In the event that there are activities in our Master Plan that do not require greater detail and yet need to be controlled; we can make use of the 'Replicate activity' option , which will generate a task with information identical to its activity. This can only be executed if no other activities exist within the Master Activity
