How to Commit my Weekly Plan?

To commit a week we must verify that:

  1. All the tasks that are planned for the upcoming week appear in the current planning period.
  2. The dates of the tasks, responsible users, and companies are correctly assigned.
  3. The "Weekly Commitment" column corresponds to the percentage of work planned to be complete during that period.

The column "Weekly Commitment" column shows the accumulated percentages that must be achieved at the end of the week for each task. By default, the percentage to commit is equal to "Projected Progress" .

When you are sure of your Weekly Plan, it can be committed with the "Commit" button located at the top right of the view.

Using this "Commit" button will change the Lean status of the tasks in the Weekly Plan to "Committed" . Likewise, it defines the base tasks on which the PPC indicator (Percent Plan Complete) will be calculated and the RFVs (Reasons for Variance) will be generated.

The Weekly Plan can only be committed once and during the current week , so you must perform this action when you are sure of what is planned.
