In Outbuild there is an exclusive sub-module to take control of the Roadblocks of your project.
To manage the Roadblocks, navigate to the Roadblocks tab of the Lookahead module, where you can find the complete list of Roadblocks for your project.
Committed Roadblocks
When a Roadblock is created, a Required By date is entered as the date that the Responsible party should have the roadblock removed.
By default, the Commitment date and the Required by date will be the same date.
If the Responsible party cannot remove the roadblock by the Required by date, the Commitment date can be edited to reflect the new date that the Roadblock will be removed by.
Changing the Commitment date counts as a Rescheduling of the Roadblock. The number of Reschedules will be displayed in the Roadblocks panel of the Analytics Module.
Remove Roadblocks
To remove a roadblock, you must click on the current Status button and select Remove.
