If the Lookahead PDF export does not open in a new tab or produces a blank screen, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Scenario 1: Blank screen generated because there are no tasks created under the Activity.
You must create at least one task under an activity to generate the Lookahead PDF export.
Scenario 2: There are no tasks in the date range selected for the Lookahead PDF export.
There must be at least one task in the selected date range for the export to generate. The date range of the export is the Start Date + 4 weeks out. The Start Date will always default to Today's date. To change the start date, simply click the date and choose a new one.
Scenario 3: If the previously mentioned scenarios do not apply, your browser settings may be preventing the PDF from generating. Navigate to your Browser Settings and review the following;
- Check that Pop-ups and Redirects are allowed for app.outbuild.com
- Check that PDF document settings are set to -
- Clear your Browsing History
