Now you can see all the activity information in one place!
With the new Activity Card you will be able to review all the details of your activities in the Master Schedule, such as:
- General information - WBS, Responsible User, Company, Tags
- Dates - Start, Duration, End, Baseline
- Cost & Man-hours - Budgeted, Earned, Baseline
- Dependencies - Predecessors, Successors
- Submittals - Live Submittal data pulled from Procore (if integration is live)
- Tasks - View and edit assigned tasks
To open an Activity Card, click once on the activity, then click again on the name of the activity when it changes color to orange.
In the Activity Card you can view and edit the responsible, company, and tags for the activity.
You will also have different tabs that will allow you to view and edit all the details of each activity, including its Lookahead information. Among the different tabs you will have:
- Dates: Shows the dates and durations (current and baseline) of the activities.
- Dependencies: This tab lists the predecessor and successor activities of the selected activity.
- Submittals: This tab lists all the active submittals being tracked to the activity.
- Cost & Manhours: Shows all the fields associated with costs and work.
- Tasks: View and edit tasks assigned to the activity by the Lookahead module.
All of your schedule data is now at your fingertips with the activity card.
