Projected days late/ahead
Forecast the number of days ahead or behind your project schedule is.
The projected lag represents the number of days between the projected end of the project based on the current schedule and the active baseline.
The projected lag (days late) is defined as:
Projected Days Late/Ahead = T1 - T2
The projected lag, also known as the number of days late/ahead, is calculated by subtracting the projected end date based on the current schedule (T2) from the project end date based on the current baseline (T1).
It is important to note that the number of days mentioned refers to calendar days and not working days.
