Follow these steps to easily monitor the removal of your roadblocks in Outbuild and pinpoint the roadblocks that need your immediate attention.
1. Navigate to the Lookahead Module
2. Click on Roadblocks
3. If the Trending column is not already displayed, click on Columns
4. Check the box next to Trending
5. The Trending column will now be visible. The number of days is calculated as the difference between today's date and the Roadblock's Required by date.
6. Red means that the Roadblock was not removed by its deadline and is the displayed number of days delayed. If the number is blue and the Roadblock status is open, the number represents how many days are left before the deadline. If the number is blue and the Roadblock status is removed, the number shows how many days early the roadblock was closed out.
Pay attention to roadblocks that have a status of Expired and the largest red number of days. These roadblocks represent the highest risk constraints that may lead to project delays if not removed.
