      Roadblocks and Rescheduling Counter

      Outbuild lets you know how many Roadblocks your project has accumulated and how many times the Roadblocks have been rescheduled.

      In the Roadblocks submodule of the Lookahead, you will be able to see a counter of the number of existing roadblocks in the list and the counter of the times these have been rescheduled:

      1. Roadblock Counter - total number of roadblocks for the Project 



      2. Rescheduling Counter - total number of times the roadblocks have been rescheduled

       

      A reschedule is posted every time you change the commitment date of your Roadblock. Likewise, each rescheduled date will count as a new commitment for your PRR. Learn more about Roadblock Commitments here.
